I was looking to replace my last fitness tracker that had broken after the usual year and a half and saw this refurb in a deal of the day. I thought it would be as useful as my tracker and a great opportunity to try the apple watch at a great price. 3 weeks later and I have to say I am in love. I don't miss as many phone calls while trying to find my phone in the bottom of my giant purse and can see my pace and mileage on a run without pulling my phone out of its pouch. Happy I made the leap.

This purchase was simple and easy to make. It was a gift for someone but we ended up having to return it and decided to purchase a new one. It was a good initial savings but having to purchase a new one negated that. I would probably just buy new going forward.

My wife love the watch! We waited for a good deal to maximize quality / price ratio expectations. Its only been a couple of weeks so at this point everything is fine. We still expecting the guideline set up e-mail to arrive as we want to do it at home rather than going to the store. Other than that, we are satisfied.

Got this open box while on sale. Paid half of MSRP. Worked great right out of the box. Great smart watch to compliment iPhone. I recommend Best Buy open box items to get great products at great prices.

After struggling to get past the extra extra strong tape on box the Apple Watch powered up first time and was set up by a member of the store geek squad. Looks new. Fantastic.

Couldn't tell at all that this was refurbished. Came in a generic box, but all accessories were included. Watch works as it should perfectly.

Enjoy the purchase, but it takes time to get it set up the way you want it with all the apps, etc.
