I have an old apple tv so I was worried it wouldn’t work but it does! It’s sleek and does a great job.

Purchased as a replacement for remote that was lost. Received in just a few days. Easy to set up. Has worked perfect.

I purchased this as a replacement to our first remote. While durable, the other bent in half after getting stuck inside a piece of furniture. We've since upgraded to the newer 4K Apple TV, but the old remote is user-friendly and I much prefer this one. Relieved that Apple still sells these so we could replace it!

The only thing I have to say is that this remote control is exactly like the one I lost before and work just fine

Not compatible with MacBook Pro with Retina display or iMac (Late 2012). In practice, this is false. The package or instructions do not even reference how you would pair this to a supported Mac. Maybe a previous version of this product did, but no longer.

The buttons fell off after a day. And because there’s no button when you press it it shocks you.

This remote doesn't work with older models of Apple TV boxes that also used the identical silver remote. The in store associates assured me that it would work.

Easy to navigate with, it light & portable. It reaches pretty far.

I was iffy about purchasing this at first. After contemplating and pricing the alternatives I decided to purchase this remote. It has worked amazingly from the beginning. Never had any setup issues. It just automatically connected. For the price you can’t beat it. It doesn’t have the voice option but that’s okay. Your still able to search and use keyboard functions.

Dropped my original remote in my coffee cup. Ouch. The replacement is identical and a seamless switch. I turned on my Apple TV and it worked right out the box. Glad for that!

The remote is simple to use and set up. It’s really small and easy to lose...so we’ve brought 4 so far. Lol

Batteries last forever, never have had issues with buttons not working, range is pretty good as well.

When our other device stopped working we couldn’ figure out what to check so my husband opened it to see what battery it used. We now no you don’t change batteries. We took it to the store and they showed us this product which is not complicated and operates in a format we are comfortable with. Oh, did I mention it was 75% less than our old one. Thank you geek squad employees.
