Before I present my “cons” about this silicon case, I must say that it's pretty nice. Very good feel and it actually complements the space gray version of the iPad Pro. In fact, if you purchase the Apple Smart Keyboard (it connects to the left side of the iPad Pro), your iPad Pro looks like it's surrounded by an Apple Smart Case (man I miss those cases) for the iPad Air models. But like others have stated, it is pricey (edit…if you have the dollars, but want to save about $10.00 - $15.00 off your purchases, buy BOTH the Smart Cover or Smart Keyboard along with the silicon case…I noticed at Best Buy the cashier rang it up as a combination discount). In addition I have also read where some have actually seen cracks develop near the Lighting port connector. I have had this on my iPad Pro for about a month, and so far I have not seen any type of cracking. My other complaint would be how long is this thing going to last? Anyone who has purchased cases or covers for your tablets know that they will show ware over time. I had the smart case (the leather version) for my iPad Air 2. Despite being through some tough times, with some leather cleaning liquid applied to it, it made look good as when I bought it. The verdict is still out on what this silicon case will look like a year from now *gulp*. Overall if you need “All Apple” accessories associated with their Apple hardware, this is a no brainier to pick up. With a nice smooth feeling all around, and the Apple logo on the back, it definitely makes your iPad Pro stand out when combined with either the Smart Keyboard or Smart Cover. But, it does come with a high price as you can see from Best Buy’s website. So if you don’t care about aesthetics, and just want something to protect the back of your iPad Pro, then look somewhere else.

I use this type case with my I-phone as well. Light and not in the way, but protects my I-pad case from dings and is not slick

I debated between purchasing a full folio-style cover for an apple ipad pro to provide adequate protection from accidental drops, but I do a lot of reading, but many folios don't provide detachable front cover options or add too much bulky weight to the ipad, which makes holding the tablet up for reading for long periods uncomfortable. I preferred the custom fit and light weight design of the Apple back cover, although pricey given its simplicity. I would have liked that Apple provide both the detachable front smart cover and back cover included together for the price. The Modal folio is a strong competitor for the price.

This cover is like your favorite pair of jeans. It has just enough grip to make holding your device feel secure and is so soft you'll want to just rub on it! It's also very light weight and of course perfectly fitted for the buttons and ports. After buying one for my iPad Pro I purchased another for my iPhone!

I wanted to protect my high $ Apple purchase and why not stay with Apple products and I'm so glad I did. The fit is perfect and the silicone case has a anti-slip grip that makes me feel confidant it won't slip out of my hands and fall or possibly get damaged. It's perfect and I love the color Blue also!!

Like any Apple product it just works! Love the way it fits and protection provided. Big downside is that you have to buy the Apple cover case if you also want protection for the rest of your device. Apple used to make an all in one case and cover all for a more reasonable price. Summary: you will not regret this purchase but is a big expense given that you only get protection for half of the device.

This case is light weight, thin, and still gets the job done. It not only protects my iPad Pro from drops and dings, but from dirt and grime as well. Apple also did a great job in ensuring that it is compatible with the iPad Pro Smart Keyboard.

Fits my ipad pro perfectly. A little pricey considering you have to purchase the rest of the cover separately, however, my ipad goes with me everywhere for my business and this cover gives good protection. I wouldn't drop it, but, it is in and out of my bag all day long. Overall good purchase.

This case, while a bit pricy, protects wonderfully and feels really good in the hand. Just the right amount of grip and awesomely minimalistic. Fits iPad perfectly as one would expect given this case is made by Apple.

The silicone case does a fantastic job of protecting your iPad Pro. It fits perfectly, all of the buttons are accessible and work great, and it is lightweight and does not add much bulk to the iPad at all. Buy it!

I purchased this silicone case for my 9.7 -inch iPad Pro tablet. It fits very well and seems to offer great protection. It has a good 'feel' to it. Prevents the tablet from sliding around as a bonus.

Coupled with the Smart Cover, this protects the entire iPad Pro. I think it is overpriced, but it does what I want and need it to do, and it fits perfectly without adding much bulk to the iPad.

The case adds very little weight to the iPad. It does it job well. Its design lets use the apple designed keyboard as well. But, like other apple products, it is overpriced.

This fits the ipad pro 9.7 like a glove. It is a bit pricey for no more than what it is but it does protect the ipad and works great with the front cover which is price separately.

wanted something that didnt increase the size of the ipad much and this fit that bill. great fit (should be since apple made it), protects camera lens and has nice soft feel.

Easy to install. Good protection. Adds minimal bulk for protection provided. Very nice tactile non slip feel. Looks great. Protects the camera lens on the iPad back.

Apple knows how to design a case that fits its products, but this case is just toooooooo expensive when you combine it with the Smart Cover. I understand the point is to allow one to really pair it with either the cover or the keyboard, but it just gets too expensive for the set. If you are like me, the case plus keyboard adds up to $200, which is TOO much money when the superior Create is available from Logitech for much less and provides full coverage and Apple Pencil storage. Which is another gripe, why is there not a way to attach or store the pencil with the Apple branded case??? For the cost, I can't recommend it unless you just need to have Apple. For a keyboard, look at the Create. For a case with cover, look at the Urban Armor Gear from Best Buy for 49.99 that provides full protection. If you must have Apple, this is nice and well built. If you want to save money and get more function, choose another option.

I really like the way this fits my iPad. It is a great color and well made. I think it's a little pricy but it's an Apple product so I should have expected that.

Good feel and grip, fits the iPad perfectly (obviously) and offers pretty good protection. I also have the smart keyboard and the two work perfectly together.

This is an expensive case, but it seems to do the job great. Fits perfect with the Apple keyboard and ZAGG screen protector I bought as well.
