This remote is worth the money. Very easy to use, siri voice command works awesome for search and navigation.

Apple products work great. Just don't drop them. This remote is made out of some kind of glass. If if have of plan to buy Apple TV, please invest in the rubber protecter that Best Buy offers. It will save you replacing your remote.

I picked up an extra remote for use as a presentation remote for my laptop. There are some tools available (such as SiriMote) that enable you to pair the remote with your computer, and for this purpose it worked quite well. Of course, as an Apple TV remote, it also works well and is simple and easy to use. My main complaint with the touch surface is it's easy to accidentally move the cursor or click on an item when picking up the remote. But otherwise, it does what it's designed to do, has great battery life and looks nice.

First I'm not happy apple made a remote made of glass. I purchased this because I dropped the one which came with the Apple TV and it shattered. The touchpad is too sensitive and it's annoying trying to select apps or channels. The fast forward and rewind are also a work in progress. I wouldn't recommend this remote but you have no choice.

This remote control is wonderful. Small, very thin and light and has a rechargeable battery that lasts for a very long time. I had to replace the original remote that was unfortunately out of warranty. I will try to be a lot more careful with this new one. Maybe there is some kind of protection against falls that I will look into (if I have to treat my remote like my iPhone, so be it)

This Siri remote is a great addition to the Apple TV. My only concern is how sensitive the touch pad is, any little touch and it clicks something. Other than that it helps maneuver through apps easy and the games are also easy to play thanks to the remote. The battery is a huge plus. Have had the Siri remote for about 2-3 weeks and haven't charged it, yet it still has juice.

These controllers are easy to lose and expensive to replace. As far as using it, it is sensitive but works great.

The new Siri voice remote makes using the new iteration of Apple TV easy and fun. If I have a single quibble, I wish the menu and Siri buttons were further apart. When the room is dimly lit, it's easy to reach for one but hit the other. That apart, this is a substantial upgrade from the earlier remotes.

I like the idea of the track pad on the apple remote but it's sometimes hard to work and it freezes at times as well. I like that its small, its sleek design and can get a case to prevent breaking.

The Apple - Siri Remote works great and we love the easiness of it

I use the apple siri remote as a remote for my mac for presentations. Love that it is rechargeable via the lightning cable and that it is so portable. Connection is via bluetooth, so no need to carry or plug in a USB dongle.

Siri option is wonderful, easy to use..before it is broken. Once it is cracked, it will not stop breaking. Mine has been dropped 3-4 times either by myself or kids and literally, little pieces of glass come off with a swipe of a thumb; which is how you operate it. GET A CASE just as you would for a iphone. Especially if you have hardwood floors/tile as I do.

Bought this remote to replace the one that broke took a spill on the floor (the original still works, but glass surface was cracked). Siri really is a welcome addition allowing you to speak to type as well as search for items on the Apple TV. The great thing about the remote is that it's Bluetooth and also uses IR so it can turn on your tv and adjust volume rather than having to switch through multiple remote controls. The one downside is that this remote can disappear quickly between couch cushions and pillows.

If you have the new generation Apple TV then you know this little baby gets it done and done well. Works like a charm, very responsive thumb touch pad for navigating. Built in microphone that you can talk to Siri with. Very small and light weight, works well as a remote as well as game controller for many games. This is my second one, the original one that came with my Apple TV had a bizarre gardening accident. Highly recommend you buy the $12 Apple shoestring that locks into the lightning charger port because like all Apple products they are extremely proud of them. $80 replacement, but it works awesome...

I have no idea where my original remote went but a relatively painless experience in setting up a new one other than having to shell out the cash for it, that hurt. I went on the internet to find what I needed to do, make sure you get the right generation, and it was pretty easy to do. Function wise, I really like the remote other than any unintended touch results in some action. That and it is small and easy to lose or misplace

Everything is great about this remote except for the fact that it is really easy to bump it and it will start fast forwarding or going backwards while you are watching something. The Siri feature is wonderful. Sometimes in the dark is it hard to tell which way is up no the remote which causes you to click the wrong button. Easy to lose as well.

This remote is very easy to use and the voice command option makes things much easier.

I love the look of this remote. I am an avid Apple TV user, so I will say it took some time acclimating to the new feel. It is very sensitive & much more fragile than the original remote. After a few times of falling on wood floor, I had to replace it. Instead of taking a battery, it is charged by using the lightning cable, which I really like.

The Apple TV offers the best TV Entertainment experience with and easy interface, touch control and amazing color output. Especially design for an Apple environment.

There has to be a cheaper way to make this or at the very least let the old ones work too.
