The battery got damaged after 3 months of use, didn't last much.

Yes, it is strange to have that bulge but it is not bulky and it works perfect. Keeps the phone light unlike mophie cases. It uses a lightning cable which is amazing compared to others too. Best battery case option for the iPhone today!

I love this case! Yes it's a little heavy and a little bulky, but this case keeps my iPhone charged all day long.

I am a heavy iPhone user and I rarely burn through the case and start using the phone battery in a days time. It works well and I don't have to carry around a junk micro usb cable, you charge with the lightning cable. Would recommend to anyone who is a heavy user, you will not be disappointed.

It has a great feel and still provides that sleek Apple style. It fits nice and snug with no gaps. I absolutely love that it uses a lightning cable because now I get to use one of my 100 lightning cables. I placed a Zagg privacy screen and it's like I just got a new phone. 18 hours of extra battery. Crazy.

If you get over the hump, the case and battery pack surprisingly don't change the profile of the IPhone. Easily doubles the battery life and I can usually get through a whole day of heavy use and still have 80 percent battery power left.

This case is really good. It increased my battery life greatly. Its decent looking ( i always kept my phone without case in the past). It makes the phone heavier, but it has a extra battery in it, so any case with battery will cause that. I cannot find one complaint. Apple products always please. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending one to anyone.

This is a good case, and without using it my battery life on my phone is terrible but I notice sometimes it gets very hot. I will have to take my phone out of the case and power the phone all the way off for a while to cool it down. Aside from that, the case stays clean (I got the white) and I love not having to charge my phone throughout the day.

I only gave it 4 stars because unlike the Mophie I cannot choose when to use up my backup battery , it automatically starts charging on its own. They should add an off or on button

I would expect any product that is not an after-market product, to be of higher quality than this. I purchased this battery case approximately 4-1/2 months ago. At first, it worked great. Between my iPhone battery and this battery case, I did not need to charge the case or the phone at all throughout my day. A couple months ago, I noticed the battery life seemed to be less and less. After an 8 hour day, the case would be drained and the iPhone battery would be in the 50-60% range. Now, the battery life of the case doesn't last more than 4 to 5 hours, even with my iPhone on battery save mode. Conveniently for BestBuy, the warranty lasts no more than 45 days. Unless you plan to replace this product every 4-5 months, find something else.
