It’s easy to connect, you just put it on one of the slots above the keyboard. I love it because it allows for my iPad to be a mini laptop. I can easily write essays at work without carrying my laptop.

Love this keyboard! It’s simple to use, just attach and go. It’s also lightweight so it doesn’t make the iPad heavier like some other covers/folios. I highly recommend, definitely worth the expense.

Great item. Makes the IPad work just like a laptop. Protects the IPad like a IPad cover. Easy attaches by magnetic attachment.

Well built good product perfect fit, nice looking easy to install

Some games need to be played in the portrait position and this keeboard folio is only conveniently oriented for horizontal use, meaning you have to hold on to them combined in an akward fashion. It is only held on by magnetic attraction and they occasionally pops away from each other...kind of in an unexpected surprise way. For using the iPad in the horizontal orientation, it works very well usually.

Fabulous! I tried 2 different cases from logitec but although safer( they cover the entire ipad with bumper corners) they are too heavy. This is a light easy to carry keyboard and case. I wanted my ipad, keyboard and case to ge an alternative to my macbook air. I love it!

This is a very solid keyboard case for the iPad. I like that it charges directly from the iPad. My only negative comment is that it is magnetically held in place and you must be careful that the iPad doesn't detach accidently.

I am very happy with the seamless function of this keyboard! The keys have a nice feel to them and I can type rather expediently on it. Sometimes the spacebar doesn’t work that well with my thumb, but otherwise it’s seamless. The fact that this keyboard doesn’t have a battery of it’s own and is automatically sensed by the iPad when it’s docked on the device are both fantastic features that vastly simplify using it. I think this product is high-priced, but it really does add ease to using the iPad, and I am more efficent with it.

Great keyboard case. Works well, keyboard is nice. But it’s not as solid as the Magic Keyboard. The Magic Keyboard although cost another $100 taking the price to an uncomfortable $300… Is amazing. The keys light up, the way you can tilt the keyboard all the way up is amazing, the extra usbc input on the other side is amazing and it has a mouse pad too…amazing!. The Magic Keyboard pretty much turns your iPad into a laptop.

Very good protection for the iPad. And the keypad is more useable than the on screen keyboard. Only comes in black.

Great addition to my new iPad Air. Adheres magnetically and has 2 upright settings. Keyes are easy to use, though it doesn’t light up, it’s still a great purchase. Google Docs, email, notes are just a few items i use on a daily basis and the keyboard is terrific. Highly Recommend!

After having the Smart Keyboard for my older iPad Pro, the Smart Keyboard folio was the first keyboard option I considered for my new iPad Air. While it lacks some of the features of its bigger and more expensive Magic Keyboard, it's got it where it counts. The folio reasonably protects the iPad, adds only minimal bulk, and avoids the pain of Bluetooth pairing and battery charging that third party keyboards require. One big different from the previous models, it is designed to support itself. the previous Smart Keyboard I had couldn't be used without a hard surface, this one works pretty much anywhere.

I was using the Logitech keyboard for the past year and this keyboard blew my mind away. You still get that slim compact of the iPad. It’s super light and doesn’t really tip over

Very useable as a keyboard and much lighter than the magic keyboard. Only issue is the magnetic attachment to the iPad is too weak.

Simply the perfect marriage of tools for me! The Full Magic Keyboard is too much considering I already use a MBP, but giving the iPad something to have a keyboard on was a game changer for me!

I love this keyboard! Mainly because it’s super compact. And it can fold it back around to the backside of the iPad and I can use the software keyboard. The keys automatically do not function when you flip them to the back. I know the magic keyboard which is the more expensive is really awesome but I’m a big fan of why I originally got an iPad I like to use mine primarily as a tablet and not try to make my iPad into a laptop. Overall the keys are very well constructed, they work well and are sealed. It also uses the connector on the edge of the iPad so no Bluetooth necessary. Worth the price.

Awesome keyboard and easy to use. I’m super happy with my purchase, and recommend this keyboard to anyone who is in the market for a great keyboard for their iPad.
