Love being able to get old TV shows

I'm still learning about all the features that it offers. I do like how easily I can use my iPhone or iPad and share things on my TV screen with family and friends

A Step up from prev gen

App store not so great, quality and quantity of apps still feel sub par. Hopefully it improves as adoption grows. All in all, a solid streaming media player but probably not the best out.

It's a good update for the old generation

Apple has a stupid feud with Amazon so Prime Video is not available. Other than that it's great to have a simple and cheap way to view pictures and videos from my iPhone and iPad on the TV or just watch Netflix and HBO Go.

Much improved from original Apple TV

So glad apple made it possible to add apps instead of just getting a set number like on the original apple tv. Rarely do I notice any buffering like I did with the old apple tv. This is worth the upgrade on its own. So glad I opted for this new model and very happy with my purchase.

Nice Upgrade
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the 1st generation Apple TV which seems like forever ago, but wow what a difference in the interface, and the remote upgrade to Siri is nice addition as well. I also like the ability to add so many different apps now. The whole experience has been quite entertaining.

A Welcome Upgrade

The improved processor and increased resolution really shows though on videos streamed through i Tunes as well as Netflix. Nice to be able to add only the apps I want and avoid all that screen clutter. The only thing I miss is the optical audio output. Maybe they'll bring that back.
