Expected Better from Apple

I've been an Apple person since the first iPhone. I had multiple issues with apps not loading and being completely unusable. I ended up returning the item as just using the built in smart features of my TV.

Worst Remote Design of All Time! Worst Remote EVER

Apple sure as heck doesn't listen to customers after the sale either! Besides the fact that this is the worst remote control ever produced in the history of remote controls; Apple TV is too cumbersome to setup and way too redundant to setup TV-Apps through TV providers. I have to constantly enter passwords and log in and password after password after password. The real nightmare is setting up a second and 3rd TV in the home; why not come out with a whole home solution and cut out all the redundancy, I have already authenticated my credentials. I don't see any significant improvements to from Generations 1-3 other than Gen-4 has a worse remote control design. (However, the diction does work well, i'll give them that)
