I bought this Apple TV, just to be able to watch HBO max. To my surprise. Every time I wanted to watch anything on HBO max, only the audio would play. I wouldn’t be able to watch anything. On Netflix, Disney +, and Hulu, everything worked perfectly. Had to return. Not worth all I paid for it.

Why couldn't Apple have left well enough alone? We had two AppleTV boxes and went to buy a third. Apple re-engineered it to make it over-complicated and under-performing.

Remote stopped connecting to Apple TV literally two days after the return period expired.

It was ok, from the little I tried it, but definitely was not what I expected off of what I was told and my online research.

Every thing went well. easy to install. Coud improve methods to link to neflez etc.

The Nvidia Shield does everything this does but way better. Only reason to have this as your main streaming box is to complete your Apple set up.

You have to spend more money to purchase Chanel’s. Very limited in the device itself

I’ma huge Apple fan, however this product leaves much to be desired. This was a very disappointing purchase. Does not stay connected to the internet very well. Constantly needs to be reset. My Roku was half the cost and is 100 times better.

Hopefully there's a learning curve for using this product. It's tricky at best.

It was great... for a week or so. Since then it’s been resetting and glitching constantly.

Product product after 4 months of use. I may have turned it on a total of 40-50 times. Now it has the white light of death. For the price I paid, this product should last longer than 4 months. No way to fix it. Poor product developed by a Chinese run Apple company.

Not what I expected so I returned it within 15 day limit for refund

I dont think its necesarry, i can do the same with my phone.

This was a "open box" unit. We were unable to use because, according to your tech, they never cleared the unit of a previous Apple ID. Waste of a lot of time.

I didnt like it at all if i could return it i would i cant find receipt. It is difficult to navigate from app to app I would not recommend this get firestick or something else

I was told I could use this product to screen mirror using cellular data for Netflix and this was not the case! After 10 hours of set up this product is being returned!!

My girlfriend has an Apple phone. So I got it for her. We tried to install and it wanted us to do too many things. Returned it and got a simpler Roku installed television and will use that for Netflix.

The remote is difficult to use and illogical in most respects. Amazon Fire stick was much simpler and A better overall product at a fraction of the cost. I would NOT recommend this device!
