Functions well for apple devices utilizing AirPlay. Small device, easy installation, works well. Occasional jitter when playing iTunes library movies, but acceptable. Would like to see better resolution of content over Apple TV unit from iTunes though Netflix is presumed to display in high definition (have not confirmed). I would recommend though product could benefit from enhancements.

The Apple TV makes it very easy to send via wifi your music and music videos from my MacBook to my stereo and HDTV. I can set up special playlists for parties and select them via the Apple TV. As a former dj, this lets me automate the music entertainment so that I can spend more time with my guests. It also lets me rent movies like on-demand dvr or blue ray player.

This product runs flawlessly. I have it setup on my wireless U-Verse system and it plays my videos from Vimeo and Youtube with no problem. I also mirror my Ipad2 onto my TV using this device so I can surf the web or play any of my aps right on my TV. I have had no hangups. Great product.

Literally changes the way you watch tv. What appleTV could do if Apple in the future is endless. Would like to see integration with web browsing and 1080p video.

I can view or stream photos and videos from my iPhone or PC to my Apple TV-connected TV and it just works. Also can rent movies on iTunes (good selection and easier to use than TWC) plus Netflix. Picture quality is great, I guess it'll be even better when they launch a 1080 version. Apple TV is so easy to setup and use, if only everything were this simple.

I love Apple TV. I can rent movies, watch netflix, even view movies off my laptop. Portability is a plus because its only a cord and a 4 by 4 device. It also comes with an Apple Remote which by itself is like 40$. It works on all devices supported by the remote which is a HUGE plus!!

Price point is good, but ATV3 may be coming out soon. I will hopefully be within return policy to get one. Easy to use, can stream any content iTunes will play to your TV. Mountain lion in summer will support airplay for any Mac.

Our four-member family each has an iPhone. The Apple TV gets used daily, typically for music through the AV system. NetFlix gets used a few times a week, and pics & vids are always a riot on the big screen. The connection was simple, and the interface between our Apple devices was even simpler. Apple TV is a great product, and well worth the money.

I use it primarily for 3 things, playing iTunes music and video, and tuning into the digital radio stations, all wirelessly. Great sound on the radio, pretty good sound on the iTunes music. I would occassionally lose the wireless signal, so I set up the apple tv as a static ip on the wireless modem. Worked great. Works great with airplay as well.

The apple tv's ability to hook up to iTunes to purchase or rent movies is only half of what this does. I can listen to my music catalog, watch, netflix, and surf YouTube. I also enjoy watching my photos stream on the tv as my screen saver when listening to music or when i pause a movie. All in all i say that this is the best $100 you can spend.

I worked for Apple and expected this to be a letdown, as I had experience with previous Apple TV's. I was wrong. Setup took about a minute, and this thing has outperformed every one of my expectations. I am very, very happy!

Not much one can say but "Awesome". I own two and gonna buy a third for my daughters room. We are an Apple family so what more can I say?

I wasn't sure what benefits would come from my AppleTV but my boss talked me into it and I am glad he did. I have recently streamlined my dvd collection to my computer and love that I can watch the movies through my AppleTV instead of connecting my computer to my tv.

The first Apple TV was great for about two years before it overheated and died. The new one is smaller, lighter and does not heat up. The movies, iTunes, Tube are all great but the AirPlay from iPhones, iPads, etc. is just great. Biggest bang for the buck. Convenience is great for all in the house. You won't be disappointed in this one.

The apple tv, iPad 2 and air play capabilities of TV/iPad has replaced an older windows media center pc for streaming content plus it’s more convenient and energy efficient. IOS 5 will allow all content from the iPad to be displayed on the TV. No flash content but that hasn't been a huge negative, long term HTML 5 will help resolve.

ATV2 Rocks......This will be my 2nd one for the house and its perfect for a household with children. My goal was not to have cable to in the kids playroom and this allows me to do just that. I now have control over the content they watch and they don't need the remote as I just use the Remote app or Airplay on my iPhone to push music & video to it!.

I love this Apple TV. It steams my media from my computer to Apple TV, without any problem. The only thing, I would like the unit to have some extra features like: Google Search, Internet Browser, file downloading capability, stream all media from my computer not in iTunes!

I have it for over 2 months now and I love it. Very easy to use and easy to install. I use Netflix and use it for my apple devices. My 2 year old knows how to put his videos from his iPod to the apple tv. The only downfall is that you can't surf the web or google. But again I have my tablet laptop and cellphone for that.

The Apple TV could not be easier to use. Plug it in, connect it to the TV and go! The features are excellent if you are an apple itunes user already. It connects well to all of the usual apple devices (iPad, iPod, iPhone). It allows use of NetFlix with additional cost.

If you have media on iTunes and on a network this is fantastic. I love using Airpplay from my iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch. The pictures and screensaver grabs pictures from the iPhoto on my Macbook. It even pics up the iTunes media from my PC easily. Netflix streams great and looks good even though it is only 720p.
