Yes! Apple has a great reputation for is components and engineering for their products and I highly recommend this one. The reason is you buy and off brand, it my give out and I won't go into all the details why. For safety and durability I suggest this adapter.

I have bought multiple third party USB power adapters in the past and most eventually break. For paying a slight amount more you can have the official Apple adapter. None of my friends or myself have ever had a problem with this one (other then losing it).

I've bought many of these over the years and some brands just won't work with certain devises. This one works with everything. It's small and easy to carry too.

This adapter is just that. It seems to charge faster and more completely than the generic counterparts. The small size makes it portable but also easily forgotten. (You may forget this at work or school). Pricey, pricey! It isn't a necessary part if you can put up with the cheaper version. Overall, it is a matter of money. I've spent more money replacing the cheap ones.

This is what you need to charger your apple devices effectively. The non apple branded chargers may do the job but wont be as fast or efficient as this one.
