So happy that I trusted the employees opinion and went with Apple brand charger , rather than the off brand charger. I have bought 5 off brand chargers in the last six months for my iPhone 6 and for one reason or another they stopped working. It was about $20 more in price, but I have not had any issues since! Never buy the non- Apple USB Power adapters to charge your iPhone, they either don't work right away or they stop working in a few months. But I left mine at a hotel in a foreign country so I needed to buy another. Tried an off brand one before and I was not happy a few weeks later, it stopped working so I'm sticking with the Apple ones.

I somehow always lose my phone charger, so I would always buy the cheap kind they sell at dollar stores and gas stations but they don't work as well as the apple ones do. Sometimes they don't work at all, so instead I got the apple one and I'm happy with it. It hasn't given me any trouble and I've been able to manage not losing it.
