These official Apple plugs are the best, had issues with aftermarket plugs causing issues. These Apple plugs work well with Apple cables or aftermarket ones.

This power adapter is universal; when I'm not using it with my IPhone, I use it with my IPad!! It helps me cut down on the number of cords and power adapters I have to carry around with me!!

Works great, as designed/intended. Recommend using a braided cable with it.
