I can change the face display, set my activity goals, and interface with my iPhone! It vibrates when I receive a call or text, and I get a preview of the caller/text message. I love that I can leave my phone at my desk (usually no pockets in my work attire), walk through the building (as long as there is wi-fi) and not miss a single message, notification, or alert/alarm, which means my hands are now free to carry and work. Very fun and convenient.
