You can choose what apps you want to keep open. I get phone calls/messages without carrying my phone around with me. I can listen to music. It is user friendly. The only thing that I can write as a "con" is the battery needs charging daily. Overall it is a great Smart watch!

The capabilities that these smart watches have are amazing. I own a garmin instinct and the only difference between them is the talk feature. All the other apps are useless in my opinion but for someone who’s never owned an Apple Watch, this would be a perfect gift got anyone.

Minus not having ECG, oxygen blood count and always on it's the same watch. More battery and the other features are only good when you hot a certain age. I recommend.

He works in food service and having notifications on his wrist makes it very convenient for him to reply to texts and know what to ignore when he is working. The color is great and the size is perfect for smaller wrists. I have the 44mm and sometimes wish I had gone for the less conspicuous 40mm.

Great watch change the bands

I enjoy changing the faces and tracking my workout. The battery life is great. You may want to get replacement bands with breathable holes. When sweat collects under the band it becomes bothersome. Check online you can get more bands for some great prices. Purchases while on sale I received a great price.
