    This watch has changed the way I go about my daily activities. I hate I waited so long to get it. It is great for structured exercise and it helps to keep you in line with your daily body movement to keep you active, especially if you sit a lot during the day. There are times and places I can't use my laptop or phone so the Apple watch is easy and inconspicuous. I am really enjoying and incorporating more of it's features every week.
