    Best Buy has stolen my Apple Watch Series 6 that I traded in for this watch. I’ve talked to several reps who all give me a run around and will not tell me what has happened with my trade in watch. It’s been almost 2 months and I can’t get anyone to give me a strait answer.

    If you are ready to order an item online , get an empty box and absolutely get no help from best buy team, go thru the hassle of doing an police compliant, then go ahead and order in best buy. I ordered a product on April 11 and got an empty box. I reached out to Support team within few mins. They said they are going to look into and take care and did NOTHING. If there is really anyone/any team from best buy that cares for customers, please reach out and I can share all details of my order, delayed delivery, empty box and compliant details and anything that is required. I had the same problem for iphone ordered on the same day.

    Unfortunately my iPhone despite being listed as a compatible phone with this watch, is not compatible. Perhaps when it was refurbished it negated the compatibility of phones identified.
