As with all new Apples there is an adjustment /learning curve. It needed a nicer band , available on line. All I wanted was a watch and step counter which works sometimes,but it might only be an intro app. It connects me to some of my apps on the phone, but it is complicated. 24 hour battery.

I had a problem with my purchase because it was stolen, but I called Best Buy and they fixed it right away. When I got the watch, I absolutely loved it, and everything was in the condition they told me. Without a doubt, the best place to buy quality products.

The battery easily lasts over a day, and the lightweight design makes it comfortable to wear all day. For the price, it gives you almost everything the more expensive models do — definitely worth it. I had a good experience at Best Buy got a watch at a discounted price. The gentleman who helped was good could of held a little more conversation but he was nice.

Overall good product and functions great! I love the counter for fitness goals as well as the phone locator feature since I misplace my phone quite often. Only 4 stars because sometimes the watch wristband is uncomfortable or while Im walking it comes undone

It has been a few weeks now . This watch is what I was looking for with the features I like. The one dislike is that t doesn’t stay charged long . I now charge it over night but that defeats the purpose of the sleep monitoring . All in all I do like the watch .
