This is my second Apple Watch; the first one was fabulous and so is this one! Not particularly many changes from the other 4 year old one, a little longer battery life though. I especially like his strap with the Velcro closure!

What a wonderful gift for our grandson for his 13th birthday. I know he will absolutely love it. The band is more or a teal color (blue and green) I can’t wait to give it to him

I ordered and paid for an apple watch as a gift the day after Christmas. I ordered the watch online instead of picking it up because the website promised 2 day delivery. Obviously the order was delayed. The website indicated my package never left a shipping facility in Commerce, CA and woul be delayed until after January 2, 2025. That delivery was also delayed and never occurred. I called customer service twice and during both 30 minute phone calls I was told by the same person that my package would be shipped in a timely fashion and "expedited shipping" would take place and the courier would call before delivery. Obviously that never occurred and the website indicated yet another postponement. In trying to circumvent ANOTHER delay I switched from having the item shipped to picking it up at a local store. Now picking up the item at a Best Buy store minutes from my home has also been DELAYED. It's been over a month since I paid for this item and have received nothing but excuses. I feel like I was baited into buying something on the promise that it would be delivered in a timely fashion (2 days), but it seems that the watch I paid for was never in stock in the first place. Customer support has neen nothing but one smokescreen after another. I feel betrayed by a trusted source. Where is the gift I paid for? Where is the support? This is how we're rewarded for avoiding Amaz_n? Really???
