Poor Battery Life. Not a good buy. You can buy a better smart watch at the same price unless you are brand-conscious.

This is my second order of Apple Watch SE. First time, Bestbuy messed up my order during the delivery and couldn’t get any updates. I had to wait more than one month to get the order cancelled and reorder a new Apple Watch. This is after connecting multiple times with customer service. Still they could reorder the product. This is really poor service from bestbuy. I’m a bestbuy customer for more than 10years and certainly they won’t earn my business again.

I was a bit disappointed bc the apple watch charger that was included in the purchase didn’t work.

Battery is terrible only stays charged for the day maybe

Looks like it was open box but i purchased new …..

i purchased this watch for Fall problems. I found out a few weeks later I could not hook it up to my phone because it wasn't a GPS style. I had to return it and purchased another model which is GPS activated. Watch was fine it just wasn't what I needed.

Terrible salesman. He was hiding information. It felt like pulling teeth. Tried to upcharge me when I told him a specific amount I was trying to spend.

The 40 mm watch band does not fit a normal "male" wrist. The watch size and band are more for females, I would have like to been told before purchase.

The worst customer service I ever received. If best take few days to take care email item like they better shut their doors.

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY AGAIN. It’s worse buy - not best buy. Still have not received my item. It’s my niece’s Christmas gift and I travel on the 19th. So disappointed.

Has a scratch on the side. I wonder how it get's there, either it's mishandling of package or re-used item.

Everything is but just 2 colors. Apple needs to bring some more colors

Not made to withstand daily life and without apple care costs as much to fix as to replace. Designed to cost consumers more money.

love this watch. I am 73 years old and not tech savvy. this watch was so easy to set up and have had no issues with it. the size of the face is easy to read. I would highly recommend this watch

Great product easy to use better frequency I liked the display

I am currently on a weight loss journey and I have been using my phone to track my steps in my workouts and it just I had to have my phone with me all the time and this was exactly what I needed. It’s easy to use it stays charged since Everly with my phone. Everything is exactly what I needed and the price is. Phenomenal.
