    Lost my last watch so had to get a new one! Although loved the watch, the Verizon reps left a lot to be desired to help me. Bought it online and then went to store to pick up. They Wanted me to RETURN the watch and buy it again. When i said that seems like too much work… they werent interested and said you can do this yourself
