I am a woman with a 6.75” wrist and I was unsure what band size - S/M ot M/L - to get. I got the M/L because the price on that size was better, and it turned out to be perfect (my adjustment is pretty much right in the middle).

I bought to track my sleep breathing. I am not showing abnormal breathing at night. Now I have some data to show the doctor; that it was my heart (recently repaired valve and afib) and not my tongue (OSA). I do miss this O2 sensor on My Series 6 but small price to pay.
