I bought the watch primarily for tracking my fitness. I love how it syncs so well with my peloton bike and the peloton strength app to track key stats. Great in the gym - I can control fitness apps and music from my watch with out having to interrupt work out to touch my iPhone. Tracking sleep, steps, and distance has given me great insights and improved my overall fitness.

I wear this almost every day whether I am at work and have as a nice watch that works with my outfit or going out for a walk or run to track my fitness. When I am working or relaxing I can control my music I listen to and respond to texts or calls without having to use my phone. I would definitely recommend to anybody who is looking into buying one of these. I also use it to help track my sleep since I have had trouble staying asleep. I have had it for a couple months now and use it constantly.

The new Apple watch works amazing. The bigger screen is nice and was easy to sync with my phone. It was replacing an old apple watch that was definitely dated and was time for a change.
