    My husband loves his Apple Watch. He has not worn a watch in over 30 years or ever tried to track his activity, and this one meets his needs. The wristband does not cause any rash or red marks, and the notifications from Apple Fitness/Health to stand have been beneficial. He is also tracking his steps and walking more.
