Do not buy this watch from BestBuy. Bought this from bestbuy but apparently it was sold by cellular tech. Best Buy would not price match 12 days after buying and I also could no longer return the item (total tech member) because it was not technically sold by them even though it was bought from their site and it was not plainly stated this wasn’t sold by Best Buy. Been a Best Buy shopper my whole life but this left a bad taste in my mouth and I feel scammed. I will be getting rid of my total tech membership and will be switching to amazon from now on for my tech purchases. Tried to talk to a supervisor but got put on hold twice for 2 hours before they just dropped the call.

Not so much difference, my last one was series 7 and i really dontt know why i upgraded

I really like the watch but the battery ran out quickly

I returned item to store because it did not have the functions I needed.

Overall it just sucks. It doesn’t do much that’s useful so I hardly wear it. But the biggest problem is the stupid proprietary charger. It’s most useful when you travel but you’ll have to bring yet another cable to charge it. Also wanted to save battery and turn it off. It just got stuck on the Apple logo. Then I had to unpair from my phone and repair. To do that it had to do a software update and be plugged in. Well the proprietary charger was packed and it’s a little hard to get out in an airport. It’s just not worth the hassle for the little it does.

Good investment, and worth the upgrade, I like it.

I tried it for 10 days and I didn't see a huge difference with Model 6, battery life is not good, it is good watch if that is your first apple watch

The heart rate is not accurate while doing workout it keeps missing the heart rate. It is not only the problem in watch 10 it is a general problem with all apple watches whichever I used till date

I really wanted to like this device hack bf the ability to measure and monitor activity and bio markers was appealing. I’d also expect a device that’s called a WATCH to be able to tell time without difficulty. I don’t know if it’s because I got a refurbished one or if it’s endemic with the entire product line but when I look at my wrist i should be able to see what time it is immediately. Since the device doesn’t always light up I sometimes have to lift my wrist twice or actually touch the thing. Why can’t this $300 device do what a $10 device can. All other features aside, if this basic bespoke function doesn’t function consistently it should not be classified as such. It’s the exact opposite of the smart device and it has made me stupider as a result. Why on earth did I buy this from a place that has only a 14 day return policy?

Do you guys had any problems with the paint on the jet black color? 3 moths ago I bought this apple watch series 10 46mm on jet black color and from the fist month the paint on the back was scratching by itself, this is not even for any case or daily use. The functionality of the watch and all the rest are realy really good. Please consider this problem if you’re planning to get this specific color, take a look at this problem by yourself online and do not let it be a surprise.

I bought a new Apple Watch Series 10 from Best Buy online, but when it arrived, the box was already open. Even worse—there was a fingerprint on the band! No way this was new. Super disappointed. I expected a brand-new watch, not something that looks used. Won’t be buying from Best Buy online again. 0/10 – Do not recommend buying it online.

Love the waych but does not have oxygen saturation feature. Bummer

The watch would not stay charged for more than 2 hours even though I always charged it up to 100%. And when I went to return it for another one, he said we don’t have anymore but I’ll sell you a new one. When I got home and looked on the website there were other open box ones available.

Didn’t receive package. Contacted customer service and refused my refund or redelivery. Outrageous.

I thought apple had resolved their suit over being forced to idle functions. Until those functions are re-installed i eill no longer be an apple buyer

Had to upgrade from the series 7 since I broke it. Use this for the gym on a daily basis. Great for tracking your steps and time in-between sets. Also much better than spending the same amount or more on the other brands that will charge you a monthly subscription plan.

I bought this for my mother and she loves it. She's constantly going on and on about how helpful and comfortable this watch is. It's so helpful! It reminds her of appointments and even when she needs a break. She enjoys her walks and is more motivated now to exercise which has improved her overall physical and mental health. It's funny how something so small can have a big impact on a person. It's a gift I do not regret buying.
