Upgraded from a Apple Watch Series 7, speakers are better more functions

I purchased my watch on 10/7 for delivery on 10/8. FedEx indicated the shipment was delayed until 10/9. I called BB customer support and asked to change to store pickup. They “could” not do that and guaranteed delivery 10/9. Well, FedEx came wirh my package. After opening, I noticed the watch and band were taken out of the box. I immediately called customer support and they set up a replacement at the nearby store. I went to the store before it was ready (because I was out already) and asked to get my watch. They could not release the watch! I was told support would call me in 10 minutes to verify the case for replacement. After 10 minutes and no call I was then told by the female store employee that it could not be released for 24 hours! At this point I was irate! I said I was canceling the order and never shopping there again. As I turned to leave the employee directed an explicative to me. I’m not sure if Best Buy’s internal investigation will turn up a solution. In an X direct message, I told the agent if they wanted my business I wanted them to send me a $400 gift card like they dangle in front of you to write a review. Agent refused. So, I am playing by the rules. If Best Buy wants my business again, this review had better win that $400 gift card!

Had a 9 so not a huge improvement on performance but the screen size is a welcomed benefit.

Received my order today, but unfortunately the apple watch series 10 46mm with sport loop was missing, really frustrated. The package is intact but when opened the watch box not intact. Reached out to customer care immediately and they initiated the replacement, atleast happy with customer service. Hoping next order will come without any missing product

I am very happy with the product. Delivery was fast and on time. The watch is working very well so far. It is very useful and practical. I bought it during the Black Friday sale. It is one of the best value deals on the market and I would purchase from Best Buy again if this continues.

Love it! The watch is light and has a big screen so you can actually see it and program how big you want the text. It’s so comfortable you forget you’re wearing it. I have the Snoopy face and find him adorable. So far this is the perfect Apple Watch, I’ve had others but didn’t wear them long because of the ugly, boxy, heavy look. Also the display never goes black so people always see something, not just a black box. I wear it on airplane mode to decrease the radiation but in that mode and always on display I can wear it all day and still have battery life in the evening. Just change it when I take it off. It’s fully charged in just 20 minutes then turn it off so it’s ready to go for the next day. Great watch love seeing my steps and stair climbing, it’s very accurate.

Apple watch is and always be the best watch around I own apple watch since the 9 Came out and trade it in for the 10 no exception is even better larger lighter than the previous I highly recommend this watch

Bought this open box. It was shipped and arrived the next day. Unfortunately it didn’t come with charging cable, but I had one at home. It took a bit of time to get it to connect- needed to update both my phone and the watch. But after that, the synch went smooth and I love it.

Its awesome product. I liked the bigger display and especially the belt. Also I got very good by back deal when I returned my old watch. I appreciate the great service which Best Buy is providing to its customers. I believe Best But is a great combination of online and in-store services in this age of online world where customers and actually experience the product in store and then place the order with their flexibility.

Works great! A nice upgrade from my series 7. Better screen quality and larger display. A few cool features added as well like the diving feature. As someone who spend a lot of time in water, it’s good to know the depth and temperature when doing cold plunges!

Amazing love it can’t go anywhere without it. Only thing is if they can collaborate with health more and diabetes side for better connection and app usage on other app like Ominpod , and others

Upgraded from a apple watch 3 to the 10. I love how much bigger it is. I use it to tell weather information for aviation. having a compass, wind direction, chance of rain and time all on my home screen is great. The battery life is also great, being a major upgrade from the older models. This last twice as long as my old watch. The battery life can be stretched to last 3 days without charging in my experience.

What an excellent update. I love this Apple Watch the most. Extremely comfortable. Sits lower on the wrist. The screen is gorgeous, easy to read in all environments. Battery life with screen always on last all day with plenty left. Quick charging is the game changer. I ended up getting AW10 vs the Ultra 2 and I am very happy with my choice. Everything runs fast on it, especially the voice controlled features, Siri communications and text input. Love it
