Great product. Replaced older Apple Watch with this new version that has a much bigger screen.

This is my third Apple Watch and I love it as much as the first two. However, the absolute best part of buying this watch was the outstanding customer service received from Richar. I am hard of hearing and he was so patient. I ended up replacing my IPad mini rather than wait until the following month all because of the great service.

The legacy of Apple products continues with the Apple Watch. It is packed with features that will take most users a long time to fully understand and apply to daily tasks. I bought the watch as an upgrade to my 8+-year old Fitbit, and it is certainly a leap forward!! The only two major complaint I have at the moment are: 1) Battery life - my watch needs to be recharged no later than once every 24 hours. It is probably a challenge to produce a battery for a device this small that lasts much longer, so I probably should also manage my expectations; and 2) One would think that Apple makes enough profit on these that they would include a wall plug for the charging cord - one of my pet peeves!! I also find the watch band to be pretty basic, but that's a minor issue. Otherwise, I am glad I made the purchase.

Amazing!! So in love and very convenient for me since I work in a medical office and I’m always up and running and so I don’t pull out my phone for times or quick messages, super easy access!

The watch is incredible, it is the best, but the people who work at Best Buy are authentic and excellent, it is an excellent service!!! Run to your nearest store and take everything you need at a better price.

Bought this as a replacement to my Apple Watch Series 3. Would never know this was an open box item. Everything was factory sealed and came with everything that a brand new Apple Watch would come with.

Bought the watch for my son to monitor his heart rate and rhythm. Arrived to store quickly and the pick up process is easy. It’s a very nice watch that is lightweight and easy to set up.

The watch is amazing and I got best deal from Best Buy. moreover, by mistake Best buy executive gave me M/L size instead of smaller one, upon wearing it I realised the loose fitting. After couple of days I went as I was out of town, Best Buy team has helped me to identify the right size and replaced the watch with new piece. I appreciate their prompt service. 5 Start for the Flowood, MS team !
