I'm furious with the horrendous service I've received from Best Buy. I ordered two Apple Watch Series 10 units on consecutive days, and they were supposed to arrive on the same date of September 20th. While one watch showed up as promised, the other never arrived.
I waited and waited, and then on September 21st I got an automated message saying my order was delayed and would now be delivered between September 21st-24th. Well, that deadline came and went with no update or delivery. When I finally got through to customer service on September 23rd, the first rep claimed the watch was at the warehouse but the carrier hadn't picked it up. Then they said it would be delivered that night or the next day. Yeah, right!
Today, September 24th - the day I was supposed to receive the watch after the initial delay - I contacted them again. This time the excuse was that there's "less courier service availability" in my area, which is complete nonsense since I had just received another Best Buy order with no issues! The rep then had the gall to tell me I'd have to wait until October 3rd for delivery. Unbelievable!
This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Giving me the runaround, making up excuses, and making me wait over 2 weeks for an order that was supposed to arrive 4 days ago is completely unacceptable. Best Buy has lost my business for good after this debacle. I strongly advise anyone reading this to avoid this company at all costs - their delivery and customer service are an utter disaster!

This was a big upgrade for me since I didn’t have a watch before. Battery needs charged once a day, but charges fast. More features on the watch than what I need, but could always use more features.
