The whole process of getting this watch was terrible. First it was supposed to be delivered on a Sunday and when I got it, the watch was not in the box and only the case was in the box. Then I spent an hour trying to get support to send me a replacement and when they finally did, it was three days later and by the way I am a Best Buy plus member and get two day shipping. When I receive the watch, everything was good. A few days later I went on Amazon to buy something and the watch popped up and it was $60 cheaper. I chatted with Best Buy price match and was told that since the price was $10 cheaper than MSRP when I purchased the price they could not honor the cheaper price, which is a bunch of crap. I have ordered a lot from Best Buy and the past three orders have been a mess and I will not be renewing my Best Buy plus membership.
