I can look at texts while I am working without having my phone out. Amazing! I can check the date and the weather. I can set reminders for important things. Amazing! I personally enjoy the reminders it gives me to breathe, stand, and move! It's really a fitness band more so than anything, but can also be used to assist you in staying on track in your professional life as well.
