My phone was dying while at the airport during a four hour layover waiting for my connecting flight. I had decided on the spur of the moment to check my overnight case with my connecting wires. I called my granddaughter who directed me to find the electronic store at the airport. Once there I was told they didn't have the portable charger I needed. I went to the bar and was about to cry in panic as I needed to keep my son appraised regarding the status of my flight home which had been delayed. A kind passenger waiting for her flight allowed me to use her charger until time for her to leave the bar, at which time the bartender allowed me to use his. After some time my watch buzzed indicating I had a phone call coming in. I answered it on my watch! Just like the old Dick Tracy comics (I'm an older lady). It was my son checking on me. I was able to call him using the voice option on this amazing watch when I reached my home airport destination. I used the message option to let him know which luggage claim turnstile as well as the change that occurred in that instance. This Apple watch is an amazing addition for safety and connection to family as well as for health concerns.

I love this Apple Watch! It’s works perfectly for what I needed it for. The strap is cannot is beautiful. I swap out the strap easily for different activities and occasions. Best Buy definitely gave me a great deal on this watch. Even with it being an older model it works perfectly and keeps a charge for as long as I need it to. I’d definitely recommend this product

I’ve enjoyed my iwatch from day one. Having calls and texts come in and being able to respond without pulling out my phone is awesome. Heart rate monitor tells me where I’m at during exercise. Being able to switch out bands to customize it to my taste and style is great

I was hoping it wasn’t too much gold, but it’s absolutely perfect.

I got this to help better monitor my health. I love the heart rate monitor and the ecg monitor. I know it does not replace a dr but I need to be better with myself to get healthier and this is a great reminder tool. I also like the fact that I can cancel a call without having to get my phone out. Many great features and conveniences.

only issue which could be me is sometimes the dial it’s my wrist and siri comes on.

After less than 2 years the screen came off if my Apple Watch 4 it was taken care of No scratches or dints in great condition Apple tech even made a comment. They want me to pay 400.00 and they will send a new one this seems like a flaw in the design NO thanks BAD APPLE

I'd like to preface this review by saying the Apple Watch Series 4 was the first smartwatch I've owned. I've always been reluctant to purchase a smartwatch, because I'm an avid traditional watch enthusiast. That being said, I have not worn a traditional watch since purchasing this product. I read and watched countless solid to raving reviews, but was still skeptical the product would add value on a daily basis. I was foolish to think so. Although I may only physically touch the watch more than 20-25x per day, it has made life so much more convenient. The most useful functions I've found is the email, texting, phone call(s), weather and activity features. Essentially, the watch helps you prioritize your daily activities. For instance, instead of digging into my pocket every time I receive an email or text, I simply check my watch. This allows me to decipher whether it's something urgent I need to respond to right away, or if I can wait until later. If you're a heavy email/texting user, I would recommend this product for the convenience of those features alone. Series 4 vs Series 5: If you're wondering which watch to purchase, and you don't care about the always on display - purchase a Series 4. I personally do not find it a major inconvenience to not having an always on display. If I had a Series 5 watch, I would probably turn it off and get the extra day of battery life. As a moderate user, I can still get 2 days of battery life out of the Series 4 watch. All-in-all, I can't rave enough about how much easier this watch makes everyday life. If you're on the fence, I would strongly recommend taking the leap.

I came from a Series 0 Apple Watch from back in 2016. It was slow as molasses and I felt like a beta tester to be honest even after all the WatchOS updates. I lived with it for over 2 years until the AW4 was finally released. I bought it on release date and loved it so much that I bought this one here on BB and passed my original aluminum one down to my wife. This watch is fast! And the cellular version can allow me to leave my iPhone at home. But I won't be using that feature as it kills battery life and I don't ever leave my phone behind. I bought the stainless steel version so that I can upgrade to the gorgeous DLC (Diamond Like Coating) material which is much harder to scratch unlike the silver stainless steel, which I had on my original series 0 Apple Watch. The black Milanese loop and is gorgeous. It also is coated with the highly scratch resistant DLC. The only issues are that it tends to come loose as it's held tight with a magnet at the end of the strap and it has a tendency to pull arm hair at times. Battery life has been terrific. I'm a light user and only use my AW for time telling, checking iMessage and FB notifications and maybe make a call or 2 from my wrist. I also keep an eye on my "Rings" quite often and will play with the Heart Rate monitor a few times a day. My AW4 will last me 2 FULL DAYS! I have about 20% battery life left by the time I go to bed on day 2, when I finally have to put it back on my charger. If you are on the fence about the AW4 or AW5, I would go for the AW4 as they are heavily discounted at most retailers. It's a "mature" product at this point. The only thing it gives up to the 5 are the Always On Display, which kills battery life and the magnetic north compass, which feels like a gimmick. AW4 also has 16 vs 32 GB of storage for music but I don't use it to stream mine so I went with the AW4 again.

This is now my second Iwatch. I purchased my first one (Gen1) because I got a great deal. Never thought I would wear it much. Well, it won me over. I liked how it kept track of my exercise time as well as calories burned. Over time it was a must have. Fast forward to gen 4. Thought I would upgrade because the new heart rate detector, larger size among other things. Waste! In my opinion I should of just stuck with my gen 1. Don't get me wrong it's a great watch! But for my needs is not worth upgrading. I still use my gen 1 more than my gen 4. My mistake! I won't happen again

Delivery was as expected and product arrived in good condition. The initial setup and syncing to my phone was a little tricky. Had to make a second attempt as it it did not perform as expected after first attempt. Now working as expected and I’m happy with performance and battery life is reasonable. Requires daily charge if I’m using the Fitness function regularly throughout the day. Overall, a good product.

An understated arm decoration. This "watch" is really a computer that is worn on either arm with the ability to leave your iPhone at home. This is a must have for people on their feet all day, or for the average Joe Shopper, or for anyone going to or participating in sporting events. The convenience is life changing. In addition to a fully functional phone, there is the ability to monitor glucose readings, heart rates and more. The learning curve is steep but worth it all. I highly recommend the 44mm face & the two year Best Buy package.

Excellent watch! Price was very reasonable I’m Very happy to have purchased it.

1) Let me start off with the color. This is hands down the best “Gold” color in Apple Watch history. It’s not yellow and it’s not pink. Its pure rose gold with and undertone of bronze. I’m not even sure I could describe how beautiful this piece really is. 2) Stainless steel has its benefits. I’ve owned an Apple Watch Series 1 and 3, and both were in the Space Grey option. Which is my favorite if you’re not going with the stainless steel. But I hesitated for a long time to make the plunge into buying a stainless steel version. The price difference is steep, don’t get me wrong. I will say tho, I purchased this prior to Black Friday and I bought it for $499. That was a much justifiable “splurge” then the original price of $800. I love this Gold color, so it was a no brainer. It looks fantastic with the Milanese Loop and looks just as great with any other watch band paired with it. 3) Performance is so smooth. Coming from a series 3 to a series 4, it’s great to actually see and experience the differences and benefits. The larger screen is beautiful, very detailed, and crisp. Battery “real life” performance is about the same, 2 days. But I’d say that’s also due to the larger and brighter display. 4) The Milanese Gold loop is beautiful, and not as heavy as it seems. The magnetic clasp holds well. So it is very comfortable to wear. The best part is, you get The Milanese loop strap for $50 less when you purchase it with the watch. 5) Overall, I love it. Great bumps in performance, excellent bigger display, and a beautiful “Gold” tone that just takes this watch to another level. A++++

Finally purchased an Apple Watch to compliment my iPhone and other Apple devices. Very impressed with the activity tracking, and health & fitness features. BestBuy had the Series 4 heavily discounted where it was quite a great deal over the Series 5 which only additionally adds an 'always on' display and a compass. Both run watchOS 6, so it really was a no-brainer to buy the Series 4.

I was going to buy the series 5 but when I found out that discounts Best Buy had on the series 4 I got it immediately. I honestly don’t really see a big difference and the always on display and compass isn’t something really important that I absolutely need to pay 400 dollar more for. I love the series 4 it literally has 95% of everything the series 5 has.
