Watch is solid. Track my water intake and close my rings when I exercise.

Bought an open box when it was on sale. The watch is still paired to the previous owner. There was nothing Best Buy could do but offer me a refund and a return label! Be careful with open box purchases.

not only the worst purchase I've ever made but more importantly handled poorly. The cellular version of this $800 watch has not work since the day I bought it. I even made an appointment with the geek squad and he blamed it on my cell phone carrier. I tried your online support they were no help. I then went through my cell phone carrier as directed, spent two hours there only to be told that it was indeed a defective watch and I was rerouted to the Apple Store having to go make an appointment at the mall during Covid and mask wearing! They said your store should have replaced my watch right then and there. I have five hours invested in trying to fix some thing that could've been corrected the first day in your store and now I don't even have a watch as I wait for the replacement. I've bought a lot of things from Best Buy but I won't do it again. The guy who helped me with my appointment in the geek squad did not help me at all, he was incredibly rude and dismissive.
