Dont buy open box

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the open box from best buy, it wouldnt pair with my phone, after a long time chatting and calling apple support ot turned out that the watch had a beta 9 software which while most recent software is 8.6 so apple told me the solution would be is to either go to an apple store and have them take the watch to the watch center to remove the 9 beta software or just wait until watch os 9 is released then the watch would pair normally, currently the most recent watch os is 8.6.. i plan to taking this watch back to best buy to get a refund, open box is never worth the hassle lesson learned

They never fix the problem, so far it was a Christmas gift for 2021, probably will have to wait until this year is over. They keep asking for time to fix their problem. Don’t ask to have your items shipped as you may never get them.
