Battery life could be better, comfort is better than Fitbit!

Returned mine. I don’t see the value for this. The fitness tracking is laughable and the quality of life improvements over an iPhone are negligible. My phone is way better than this in every way. Unless you need this for very specific reasons it’s a waste of money.

Great watch I ordered it online and they sent the wrong color. I was my wife’s birthday so i looks like an idiot, very frustrating second time Best Buy has dropped the ball, there will not be another opportunity for a third time to disappoint me.

You ever seen an Apple Watch? Yeah its one of those.

Battery life seems to be low. Not sure if it’s a setting I need to change but feel like I’m charging it everyday. Goes from 100% down to 20% by night

I had an Apple Watch Series 3. I loved it but it was a little outdated, so I decided to get the newest Apple Watch. I like the bigger screen and the flashlight feature, but the battery life is very short. I have to charge it up to twice a day, throwing off my activity ring for the day. And the rings seem harder to close now. I can be on my feet all day doing stuff and still not close all my rings. I hate this watch. What a waste of money!

Purchased this for grandson for birthday- he was super excited to use the watch. Unfortunately, he did not remember Apple ID password even though his Iphone works fine. Apple is making him recover Apple ID and said it will take 28 days before he can use it.. What happened to password resets? Will never buy another Apple product- Not Best Buys fault..

Bought it to upgrade from a series 4. I ended up returning it becasue it just just didnt seem worth it in my opinion

It includes free Apple music but it’s a false ad, when you click the link it will say 2month-free only then when you accept it, it would say the code doesn’t work. A complete scam. Upsetting. Bought ipad mini, 2 apple watches and all of the free apple music is not working.

This is a very good product if you are goi g to be tracking your calories and other day functions. Even if you aren't working out i would still recommend.

It a good watch, the only thing I struggle a little bit to open apps . I have to push down harder not a soft tap.

Sent this watch back because I decided on a different color.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas. The band was too big so after Christmas, we decided to go exchange it. The one I picked out was not available in store so I told customer service if they’d be able to order it & send it to our home. After all that, guy comes back & says we owe him $75 because the sale I got the watch on was not going on anymore. It’s ridiculous that Best Buy does this. Very disappointed in them since we been customers for a lot of years. We returned the watch & we will not be buying from them again. We’re also cancelling our credit cards with them too. The guy told me if it’s too big bring it back & we’ll exchange it no problem. & they didn’t.
