I'm really enjoying my Apple Watch sport. It's not one of those products that has revolutionized my life. But it was simple to set up. It was easy to connect with my phone. The fitness tracking works well for a lazy-bones like me. I like getting important notifications silently on my wrist as opposed to with the chimes or the table-rattling vibrations of the iPhone. The workmanship is top-shelf, as I expected with an Apple product. And I LOVE getting navigation directions on my wrist while I drive. I don't have to keep checking the screen on my phone for the next cue. In summary, features I really appreciate: Basic fitness tracking and heart rate monitor. Silent alerts for calendar and messages. Maps Directions on my wrist. Responding to texts via voice. Caller ID And my kids love the Mickey Mouse watch face. Would I buy it again? Yes. Because it's useful for my particular circumstances. But it may not be for everyone.

    Love my Apple Watch!

I absolutely love my Apple Watch! The only thing that is keeping me from giving it a 5 star review is the lack of GPS on the watch itself. I bought this watch on Valentines Day when it was $100 off. What a great watch for the price. I have used the features to lose a total of 8.6 pounds in the last two weeks. I love the fitness features, especially how it taps me on the wrist if I have been sitting too long and tells me to get up and move. Super convenient to receive calls, texts, etc. on wrist too. Don't even have to take phone out of your pocket.

I really like my Apple Watch. I like the style and the comfort. I love how the sport band fastens with the loose end nicely tucked away. I like the different color bands available. They clean up nicely when dirty. Even though they are overpriced, I bought two other colors. The watch has a lot of great features and let's you do almost everything you need to do without taking your phone out. I like being able to set alarms and timers. Text is amazingly easy to read. I have no problem reading emails and text messages. Voice recognition is also superb. For a high tech device, it seems pretty tough although I have scratched the face. I admit that I am pretty hard on a watch and did not expect it would remain pristine. I wear it everyday regardless of what I plan to do that day. The exception to that being activities where I will be in the water. The big improvements I would like to see are the addition of GPS and a waterproof rating. Even without those, I really enjoy the watch and find it stylish and useful.

Ok.. the Apple Watch is a real dream for the person that appreciate good technology that works. It's sharp looking, it's functional, and it interfaces very well with my I phone 6s. I love the little things like how it shows the time every time I raise my hand to view it. I love the ability to customize the watch face to show other things from some of my apps on the same screen. I love the fact that when you attach the magnetic charger to the watch at night, the time goes into larger text in a horizontal orientation so you can see it on your night stand when you just touch the face. And the way Apple has set up the Pairing process to pair with your phone is way kool. As for the actual use of the watch there is so much and it's dependent on which apps you have. Messaging with Siri on the watch is easy. The ability to use Apple pay right on the watch is stellar. Playing music from my stored music, my playlists, and Pandora stations can all be controlled right from the watch while the phone is paired to a bluetooth speaker. You can download some of your playlists to the phone, pair your headphones to the watch, and listen to music off the watch while you walk or jog with no phone needed. When the phone gets back near the watch, they automatically re-connect. You can control the camera on the phone from the watch. The image actually previews on the watch, and taken shots can be viewed on the watch after each shot. So far having a blast checking everything out while being impressed with the way it all interfaces and is so well thought out.

If I had to sum up the Apple watch, it would be... It is a watch that does a TON of stuff. The best part about it is that one is able to look at the watch instead of pulling out the phone to look at texts, weather, emails, and news headlines to name a few. I have had it for about a week and I purchased it to track my activity. I looked at other activity trackers and the better ones cost 100-200 bucks. For a few dollars more, I recommend getting the Apple Watch. If you want to spend the extra on the stainless steel case go for it but I recommend getting the aluminum case. It will make getting another less painful. The sport band is great for the gym. It is very lightweight and comfortable on the wrist. I purchased a third party leather loop magnet band for and there are also stainless steel link bands too rather than paying the Apple price. The ability to switch bands for different occasions is very easy to do and changes the look of the watch completely. The watch works great! Since it is new, I have used it quite a bit and I have about 20% battery at the end of the day at 10PM and I get up at 5AM. Siri dictation works well in my opinion and taptic feedback with navigation is great as well. The watch has motivated me to be more active and that was the reason for the purchase in the first place and one can't put a price on health right? Just pull the trigger and get one and be happy, more active, and have fun doing it.

I originally was interested in buying a Garmin or a fit bit watch for exercise and I also want to know the time lol and a cool gadget to have on my wrist. I was really close to buying the fit bit charge HR but then I saw that the Apple Watch Sport was on sale for $100 off and I could pretty much get everything that the fit bit does on the Apple Watch and more as far as messaging, phone calls, emails. I can do everything from the Apple Watch so that's why decided to spend a little more on the Apple Watch. It was definitely worth the price and more. I love it!

I bought the watch for the time and fitness applications. It is really a great addition to my IPhone 6S. I have discovered that I can do just about everything on the watch that I do with the phone. Plus, the fitness apps have kept me motivated.

Myself and other family members purchased the 42mm apple watch for my grandsons 12th birthday. This was the only present he wanted. While I know it is an expensive birthday gift, I was happy to spend the money on it. Most kids his age only want gaming machines which cost about the same. Actually, the watch is cheaper as there are no games or extra accessories to buy. Anyway, he was very surprised that he received it and very excited. It is a very handsome looking watch and he was able to operate it with no problem. He uses it just like an iPhone when he is not at school. He is allowed to wear it to school just as he would any watch. He is not allowed to turn on his iPhone though so it does not interfere with his studies. He is very, very happy with his watch and wears it every day. And I am very happy to have given him his best gift ever.

Purchased as an alternative to a fitness tracker and to gain many additional features. Typical impeccable Apple quality and a much wider range of functions than I initially anticipated make this watch much more than just a toy. Acceptance of the fact that it is not highly autonomous from the iPhone will help expectations meet reality. With still a lot of room to expand features and function, there is still plenty that makes it a handy tool. Notifications, navigation, activity tracking and quick access to Siri have been highlights in the first month of use. Comfortable durable so far, the only features I would like included would be more choices of band/body color combinations at initial purchase and to have it waterproof. It will handle rain and splashes from hand washing, but really waterproof would be a fantastic addition.

I really like my Apple Watch Sport. There are so many disappointing or negative reviews and I don't understand why. My best guess is it's about having realistic expectations of what a smart watch can or should do. No, it's not an iPhone, it's not supposed to be. It's a companion device that adds convenience and some additional functionality to your iPhone. What it does, it does very well. It's a great looking device, the OLED screen is really nice (I am excited about it coming to the iPhone eventually), and I enjoy using Watch OS 2. I had a 10% off coupon plus some rewards so I feel I got a great deal and always prefer purchasing from Best Buy when possible.

I love being able to get email and text notifications on my wrist without having to pull out my phone. It is also great to be able to get directions without having to carry my phone around like a tourist as I walk down the street. Some of the other activity tracking features are nice as well, but notifications is my primary use.

If you're reading this review, you may be like myself and be on the fence about purchasing an expensive watch. To answer the question "Do I really need this watch?" The answer is no, however it does make it easier to receive notifications from your iPhone, and to track your fitness. I've had the watch for about 4 days and I'm currently a senior in college. I myself find it nice to have to quickly look at notifications and view my calendar. I also use it to track my activities at the gym. My personal life aside, the watch itself is amazing. Extremely easy set-up, easy personalization (If you watch the videos on the Apple Watch App), With having large fingers, I was worried about not hitting the button I want to hit but I have not experienced that issue. I am still worried about using my hands around water, mainly like washing my hands and cleaning. I'm not 100% how well the watch responds to water, so because of that I'm like "scared" of water. Overall I would recommend the watch if you have the extra money to spend. It's cool to have and easy to use and makes life much easier.

Great for small simple things. Such as when driving you get notifications literally on hand. Great for safe driving hands free (city's or states). Overall battery must charge every night. Great for gym and runners.

After using the Watch for nearly a week I've found it to be a surprisingly useful companion to my life. With bite sized information just a glance away you will never be out of touch when wearing the Apple Watch. Notifications, one of the more useful Watch features, pop to your wrist with a gentle tap to let you know what's up. You can opt to mirror the notifications from your phone or you can customize your notifications just for your watch. As you would expect you can make phone calls and respond to messages and emails right from the watch. One catch though, unless you plan to use a Default Reply when messaging you'll have to speak your text message out loud -- which can be awkward in public! While it does not stand out by itself, when paired with your iPhone the Apple Watch adds magic to your everyday schedule.

The Apple Watch enables me to make and receive phone calls, make and receive text messages, review e-mail, set alarms and reminders, check the weather, pay with Apple Pay and do a host of other things that I had been pulling out my iPhone to do. Now, I find that I leave the iPhone in my pocket, or on the counter, and rely more on the Watch. The Watch doesn't replace the iPhone, but it enables me to do a number of the everyday tasks without dealing with the iPhone. The Watch and the iPhone do have to be in communication for the Watch to do very much (Bluetooth communication is best; if they are not in Bluetooth communication but are on the same wi-fi network there is some, but reduced, Watch capability), but since I usually have the iPhone with me or nearby that's not much of an issue. Maps don't work as well on the Watch -- the screen is small and it doesn't give turn-by-turn directions like the iPhone does. I'm still learning and figuring out what the Watch is capable of, but so far the product has been satisfactory.

I have been very impressed with my Apple Watch so far, and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants certain functionality of their phone available on their wrist. I have read some reviews about people who are disappointed that it doesn't do everything they want... but what more did they expect it to do?? My main reason for buying this was that I have numerous meetings a day so all my calendar alerts show up, and when i am in those meetings i can see incoming phone calls, texts, app alerts, etc. all without taking my phone out of my pocket. My only disappointment was that the Black Friday sale ($100 off!) became available two days after my return period ended, but that has nothing to do with the watch.

I find the Apple Watch pretty useful for things that I didn't expect. Taking and making calls using the Apple Watch is actually really useful. The other great thing is how the watch behaves when you are using the GPS functions on your iPhone. It will notify you when a turn is coming up directly on the watch. The fitness features are useful as well. If you use Siri a lot to interact with your phone, it is a great companion to that as well. Remotely triggering your phone to take pictures with the watch is nice feature too. The features I did expect to enjoy are all there as well. Checking my calendar and email from the watch is very handy. Being able to send little responses to text messages is handy. As a summary, I'm definitely interested to see where Apple takes this device next. When I purchased it, I got it when it was on-sale during the holidays. I think, if I would've paid full price, I would be a bit disappointed in what you get for the price. Although the longer I wear it, the more I enjoy using it.

I got to say at first I thought Apple Watch was kind of cheesy. When it went on sale at bestbuy, I figured Apple usually does everything right and decided to buy one for both the wife and I. I was pleasantly surprised at the features. The activity monitor is great which reminds you to get moving. I like how you can see what your heart rate was throughout the day/night through the health app. I was also surprised that you could make phone calls with it. A+++
