    Product itself is fantastic. However, bestbuy made me jump thru multiple hoops just to be able to pick it up. They had my money and they had my watch but I had to sit on the phone for 45 minutes talking to AT&T just to give them a 4 digit code to allow me to add it to my account. Absolutely ridiculous that I couldn’t take my watch and do it on my time instead of in the parking lot

    This watch is just what I needed. I am hard on watches, and made the mistake last time cheaping-out with the series 5 aluminum. After just a week it was already looking like an old watch with tons of scratches. However the new Ultra is holding up so much better than I ever hoped. Not one scratch anywhere on it! Couple notes, yes it is a heavy watch in your hand, but when you wear it you do not feel a difference, it is a wearable after all. Second (and probably more important) bands for your old watch (at least my series 5 and more recent watches) all work and look good on the Ultra.
