I wish there was a 3 year option, rather than just two. AirPods are amazing products, but they should last longer then mine did.

It’s little things like this that make me feel like Apple actually cares about their customers.

Added bonus, it was returned on time and the work performed was excellent. So, I've decided to purchase it again on the latest product that we purchased based on our previous experience.

Goodbye $250. I have experience with Apple Care in the past and the service quality and speed was exceptional. At this price and considering what happened last time then Apple Care is a no brainer
