I've had AppleCare for my iPhones & its been a blessing as it's helped out when something goes wrong with it to get it quickly resolved... definitely recommend.

Get apple care+ it is worth it

I got a bad experience with my first apple ear pods after one year and a half, and guess what no apple care.
