Brought them to the Apple store and they exchanged them no questions asked! Although there was a chuckle when they saw the tire track LoL there was a $29 fee but still worth every penny.

Will purchase because I choose to, but not best

Disappointed though that I had to pay $125 for a replacement charger case. I lost it for a week, gave up and called AppleCare+, ordered and paid for the replacement, and then LITERALLY found the case like 5 minutes later. I immediately called to cancel the order but because I already paid for it, there was nothing they could do. Even asked to speak to a manager, thinking that could do something but I get the feeling he just put me on hold, chatted it up with the person next to them, then came back there's nothing they could do. It could be worse but I would have thought purchasing this plan would have helped.
