I have not had to utilize this feature for the AirPod Pro 2. However, I have used them for a cellphone and appreciate the coverage that comes with AppleCare+

Anytime I get a new apple device, I always get AppleCare for it.AppleCare is worth the few extra bucks and I will always get AppleCare for my apple products.

This product has great sound and people on the other end can hear you clearly. The sound canceling is a GREAT feature for that frequent flier, My only gripe is sometimes it doesn’t want to connect to my APPLE phone and doesn’t last as long as a $200+ headset should last. There are better options I feel but I just love my Apple products and I am hopeful the next generation lasts longer and connects EVERY TIME without having to fumble with my phone.

Love a good extra warranty. This really work. I had an issue with my previous AirPods and the warranty replaced it

I recently purchased a new paid of Air Pods Pro on sale at Best Buy. Even though they were on sale they are still a pricey piece of tech. The associate who assisted me recommended AppleCare+ and I was immediately sold on the idea when she told me if they break within the warranty period they are replaced free of charge with no questions asked (as long as there is no sign of abuse). Having this peace of mind was well worth the additional cost of the AppleCare+ coverage.

the AirPods Pro 2nd Gen are a fantastic upgrade with significant improvements across the board. They might be on the pricier side, but they are worth every penny for the quality and convenience they offer. Highly recommended! Would I buy them again? Absolutely!
