Problems with warrant

I experienced problems with the watch shortly after I purchased it. I erased and reloaded it as advised and that was a short term fix. I continue to experience problems with the watch and I returned it to Best Buy who returned to Apple. When I received the replacement watch it stated that I have a 90 days warranty. But I paid for a 2 year warranty

Good idea for pre-teen.
