I am writing this review so I can get the best buy rewards points.

Thank goodness we haven't had to use it so no review to post!

I thought it was cool. $50 for an extra year of coverage but recently had to use it when the screen shattered from a fall of 3 ft.( yeah thought they were more durable than that). Then find out that it is an additional $79 to replace it. That was not mentioned when I purchased the plan.

Don't normally get Extended warrenty stuff but this on made sense.

It is what it is...a warranty plan...Haven't had to use it yet.

Wise choice to get if this is your First Apple I watch.

Terrible battery on first watch, in the process of being fixed

I had no idea that I would have to pay a service fee in order to use my AppleCare warranty. It takes a while for service as well. Not worth it in my opinion.

i bought the $49.00 extended warranty (Geek Squad). I had to drive across town to get my apple watch looked at after 10 days from purchase. They don't repair them they just mail them to apple for repairs and only certain stores can mail them items hence my trip across town. Buy apple products from apple or amazon, Best Buy is slower than molasses in winter on repairs (mailings, you would think they would at least be overnight), but that would cut down on profits and they charged me 69 dollars to boot to send it in.

I specifically asked the girl that was ringing up my purchase if there were additional fees or deductibles when you used AppleCare. She said no, you only pay the $50 now for it and you won't have to pay for AppleWatch replacements or service. Well, after researching, there's a $69 service fee if the watch is replaced and they will replace it up to two times. I probably would have still purchased the protection if she would have told me about the service fee but it's her job to be knowledgeable about products and be upfront about fees.
