I don’t think Apple care is really needed since the watch is water proof and pretty sturdy. I have heard of people cracking there watch screen but I don’t understand how

After paying for Apple care, you have to pay much more to use it to replace the Apple item. I understand it, but I wish all the fees were upfront at the initial purchase.

Have been unable to use this I cannot get into an Apple store to get assistance and Best Buy’s will not honor it

I list my watch and was told at the store that apple ecare foes not cover loss or theft on the I watch but does on the iPhone. That sucks. $$ loss.

I bought an Apple Watch with the Apple Care and Best Buy did not register my watch with Apple. After eight attempts and three hours on the phone Best Buy customer service assured me they would fix the issue and that was over a week ago and my watch is still not registered with Apple Care. I spent $49 on nothing. Best Buy will not give me my money back.

I bought AppleCare because I thought it would cover any screen issues or water damage (if it would for some reason happen.) The associate selling it to me made it seem like Apple would cover it, but they don't. They only cover hardware problems. In my opinion, don't get AppleCare. It's not worth it and you'd be better off spending your money on a screen protector.

Haven’t really had the use for it. I probably won’t get to either as my 2years is up. A good thing I guess.

I received an email from Best Buy that I was entitled to a free session with the geek squad to explain everything about the Apple Watch. I went to BB And was asked "what do you want to know?" They finally found someone who did a very short review and very fast. A complete waste of time. I learned nothing.

When I payed, I did it thinking ... that I was paying for the regular best buy warranty, the sales person mention that I don't have to pay any deductible if anything happen to my apple watch but with Apple care you need to pay a very expensive deductible plus your apple care plan. Apple care is very expensive and is not worth to have it.

could not register my apple care by the agreement number so I call best buy to help.....they sold it to me.....they transferred me twice from the initial call and then dumped me on Apple and that was 3 transfers........ Poor Support

I think the worst thing Best Buy did was the let Apple take away their insurance planWhen I buy something at Best Buy I want Best Buy to take care of it not wait at The Apple store for three hours and then tell me it’s going to cost me money,isn’t that why I got an insurance plan it’s the worst insurance plan ever .

Tried to use my apple care to get apple watch fixed when they told me it was out of date by just few weeks. Being a veteran that was deployed some of this time that during my apple care to be told i wasted $200 dollars to get nothing out of it. As an elite member i was shocked and appauled.

Don't think I've had long enough to have the opportunity. Would not recommend yet.?

Sure it's cheap, but you don't really need it for this device.

I guess we will see, I got some scratches within the first few weeks with just regular wear of the watch and went in to see if with apple care I could get anything done and they said no because it was cosmetic....I guess it needs to be destroyed in order for it to kick in...
