Best Buy needs to get it right

I purchased Apple Care at the time I purchased the i-watch. Several months later, Best Buy cancelled my warranty because they had not submitted the Serial Number to Apple. I had to find my receipt, go to the store 22 miles away, talk to the manager and buy Apple Care again. (Apple could not sell me apple care because the time had passed.) I repurchased it and thought I was covered, but I wasn't covered because Best Buy again failed to register the SN of my watch. Thankfully someone at Best Buy Corp did not cancel the warranty this time but called me to get the serial number. I give this 3 stars only because of the hassle. Otherwise, I definitely would give the warranty 5 stars.Just be sure when you purchase an Apple product and Apple Care that the Best Buy employee records the serial number or otherwise, you are not covered by any warranty.
