    I had ordered Apple Watch online from BestBuy and when I received the package, instead of watch it was a wrapping tape inside. I called customer care immediately informing about the issue and they said they will get the refund processed. It’s been almost two months now and they are refusing to refund me. It’s been worst ever experience with bestbuy. I have already talked 4-5 customer representatives and for sake they say it should go through and receive refund but it’s not working.

    Bought the extended warranty since the last watch only lasted a little more than a year and was out of warranty. Wasn't dropped/damaged etc, just quit working.
