    Best Buy is the best service company in my community. They always make my neighbors and me happy. They are communicative, knowable, and valuable members that kids and adults go to like candy shops it store in Aventura.

    I will never purchase another product from Best Buy again. I’ve had constant issues with the Apple Watch I purchased, and their customer service has been completely clueless in resolving them. They made me go into a store—without ever informing me that this was required—only for the store staff to be just as unhelpful. I escalated the issue and specifically asked for a manager to contact me, but no one ever did. I’m now stuck with an Apple Watch that was sold to me as being in “excellent condition” when it’s actually in poor condition. Best Buy’s handling of this situation has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life.

    Watch is very comfortable to wear the extended periods of time. It lasts a minimum 2 and a half full days without charging. Love the portage Best Buy location

    I really enjoyed Best Buys service throughout the whole shipping process. everything was new.and on time. looked exactly how it did online.. I bought a iPhone, a apple watch and a mountain bike.

    The Monthly Apple Care Price isn’t much different then paying it all up front which is nice and the overall value is well worth the Apple care investment!
