When my phone out of nowhere stopped working Best Buy got me a new one through my insurance with no hassles. Most Apple issues can be solved at Best Buy too without having to go to an Apple stand alone store.

No better plan for apple products then AppleCare

Received an email right after the purchase with instructions on how to use the AppleCare when needed!
