Rarely have I needed the help on my Apple products, such as my iPhone 5s, but when I did, their expertise and professional courtesy was impeccable. Therefore, I would always purchase Apple Care for any future purchases of Apple products. I simply feel very secure with this new coverage for my new iPad.

Have used applecare for other apple products and found it is well worth the money. Like the reassurance of having it for my recent iPad purchase

Loved that I could pay for the AppleCare when I purchased the iPad instead of having to call and talk to someone at apple to set it up. Received an email right after the purchase with instructions on how to use the AppleCare when needed!

Apple care is a great option to buy. Even though I have yet to use it, knowing how kids are with their things, I'm sure it will come in handy.

I'd give it five stars but it's rather expensive. Hopefully, when needed, Apple will come through.

Apple Care is Apple care! I wish it could be free with purchase but it’s not! However it’s very worth it, especially when your device breaks! I experienced that only one time and never again will I buy an apple product without one

I love Apple products, and I would highly recommend getting Apple care just in case something goes wrong with your product. They make such high quality products, so there is a good chance you may never even have to use. It’s always nice to not have to worry about any issues that may arise.

It's best to buy Apple Care more than Geek Squad, Best buy won't let you buy Geek Squad on Apple products anymore which is good as Apple is the main manufacturer, you can use the Apple Care with authorized service center like ExperCom, Simply Mac, etc. They are faster to work with than directly with Apple Stores.

As a long-time Apple product user, I always purchase Apple Care with the purchase of all new products. It is well worth the price if you accidentally damage the product, and also includes fantastic customer support via phone or online.

Have had Apple Care on many of my Apple products. I have had to use it on 3 occasions, twice for damage and once for a technical issue. All 3 times I walked into my local Apple store and my damaged items were replaced with new units minus the the deductible. The technical issue was also resolved without charge.

Purchased this with my iPad. Have not had to use it but glad that I have the protection.

I’ve never had to use the warranty but I’m hoping it actually covers it if something is wrong.

Music is a beautiful way to pay your bills! Totally changes your mood and mindset. It’s got all the music I listened too when I was younger all the way to date. I simply cannot turn it off. Beautiful! Apple Music is great!

Ipad with expensive bought this as for extra warranty. AppleCare easy to use at Best Buy or Apple Store.
