Luckily I haven't had to use this product yet! But it does give me peace of mind to have it for my ipad

Seems like a no brainer to buy the plan for the security of knowing your covered in case of a problem after the original warranty expires

Good to have in case. But have not use it. But one never know when you are glad bought it.

Feel more comfortable with support from apple technicians. When I read details I was surprised that there was a charge for repairs

Have not needed to use the apple care as of yet but it is worth the insurance Incase something should happen to the iPad.

Nice to have and not use then not to have it and then need it. Provides peace of mind.

Apple protection is helpful to sane time and money

Why wouldn’t you want your device covered? Every Apple device I’ve ever owned gets AppleCare+, and while I’ve only had to use it ONCE, that one time saved me hundreds upon hundreds in what it would have cost to replace the device.

It’s good to have two year of protection for any apple product, since these items are expensive .

Only have had the product for about a month so haven't needed to use the protection plan yet. Others that bought it said it's a must.

The Apple Care is a great value for what they offer. It's certainly a lot more cost effective than having to buy a brand new device. It may cost about $50 to fix your issues and I was hoping that the one flat fee would cover everything, but again it's still cheaper than having to replace the device.

I bought this because I bought an iPad for my 6 year old to use for school and I am glad that I did because my daughter dropped her iPad and everything broke not just the screen and I pad $50 and they replaced the whole iPad.

We havent uaed this servuce vut nuce yo have just incase an accideny occurs.

This is a great way to protect your investment. I wish it was a little cheaper but at least it provides a little peace of mind.

This is the first time I have purchased Apple care even though I have owned iPad's for a long time and haven't had a chance to use it yet. I decided to go for it since my kids use the device day in, day out and the home button goes through lots of abuse. Another factor to consider this option was to by-pass investing on expensive cases which doesn't offer protection against functional issues. Given that Apple has good customer service reputation I don't think I will run into issues if I had to use the care plan.

I feel like it is a necessary evil. With Apple products being so expense I like the ease of mind.

I've never had any physical damage to my product, but I've called Applecare several times for any technical difficulties that I experienced. They are so incredibly helpful and patient and take the time to help you resolve whatever issues you may have. I appreciate having the security of Applecare.
