We did not ever need to use this but I guess it was a nice comfort just in case.

Initially, I was not going to buy the Apple Care plan. But then I realized it was not only for added protection on my new Ipad, it was the best information source for questions. Who better than Apple to be able to call and get answers from as I learn my new device.? Money well spent.

All electronics should have a replacement plan purchased. AppleCare+ is worth the money as they are easy to work with when an Apple product doesn't work. I always purchase the replacement/repair plan.

Apple Care is expensive insurance that helps me feel better if something bad happens to my apple product.

I haven't needed to use it yet, but for an item that is so expensive, but that I plan on using on the go, I figured it was worth it. And from other experiences with AppleCare+, it's an easy process to get a replacement.

I am very happy with this plan. So far it has saved me money on several installs and 1 repair. In addition I have saved more money on reduced prices and special sales . It has more then paid for itself already

Good item to have to protect products; recommend for everyone to purchase.

But purchased it for a peace of mind. Should something happen to my iPad Pro, I would feel glad that I had purchased this.

It’s really nice to have in case there are any drops of damage done to the device. Or if any manufacturing defects show up after the warranty window expires. Manufacturing defects are covered, but accidental damage costs still (at a significantly lower price)

It's ApplceCare, it's insurance....when your product breaks, it's covered.

I haven't had to use this, but since my wife is running around in the field with the tablet I figure it's cheap insurance.

I never had to use it during the 2 year period I had it. The charging cord that came with it after about 6 months was discharging my phone! Apple would not replace it!!! Apple support is great when you get the care package.

We usually don't buy the extra protection, but figured we would for the larger iPad since the pricing seemed reasonable.

I hope I won't have to use it but got the plan just in case (have kids that like to play on the iPad). So far, so good.

I always purchase Best But extended protection for my EXPRNSIVE electronics. But BB Applecare+ Is even better, because you deal with your local Best Buy Geek squad, not an Apple rep on the phone.

good protection if something breaks- only wish would get a refund or break on the next plan if we don't claim anything.

AppleCare is definitely worth it if you have the extra cash

I've had to use the AppleCare service 3 times since buying it and have never had to wait more than a minute. Each time the apple care professional was able to help me with my problem and fix it easily. I would recommend this to everyone it's always nice to insure your investments.

Great tablet, upgraded from the amozon tablets to these. My two girls love how big these tablets are and can even use as a computer if you buy a bluetooth keyboard and mouse. I highly recommend this item.
