Must have for any Apple device! Don't get overpriced protection which charges almost as much as the original purchased item to file a claim (Asurion).

I figured if I'm going to spend this much money for something I should buy something to protect it.

Recently my daughter brutally brook her iPad. I was not as afraid cuz I bought AppleCare with my device. Then when took it to the Apple Store they crashed me $50 and gimme a brand new device. I was extremely lucky to have the apple care.

Great way to guarantee your investment and piece of mind

I would definitely recommend getting AppleCare for your product. this is a wonderful opportunity that Best Buy is giving you, your able to go to geek squad and also the Apple Store if necessary! You're getting the best of both worlds.

I would sing the praises of the apple care + plan if I had not just been dumbfounded by their policy on serial numbers. My smart keyboard folio I purchased from Best Buy quit working and attaching to my iPad. As the apple care allows for replacements, I went to have it replaced. Well since the fabric on the back had rubbed off the serial number --- who puts it on that suede material, anyway, PUT IT ON THE VYNIL like a smart person with your smart keyboard. They tell me to call best buy to find out the serial number because they have to track it. I check the receipt and there is a serial number for EVERYTHING that I purchased except for the folio. So... purchase but with care... You have been warned.

I haven't had to use applecare for iPad Pro (knock on wood). But I have used it on other Apple products and it is the gold standard. Make and appointment at the genius bar and they take it from there. Never a hassle from a warranty perspective.

Have used applecare before to replace an Iphone I broke into pieces :) Very pleasant customer care....100% satisfied......so when I bought the Ipad, buying applecare was a given !

I always buy the protection plan on all my electronics beacuse it's 100% covered if anything happens to my ipad. The coverage is well worth the price.

This iPad was a significant investment, and since I would not want to repurchase another if there was a terminal issue, Apple care is a comforting piece of business. Plus, I have this out of the house and on the job. Things happen.

I have not had to utilize this service yet so really can’t say anything good or bad. But the fact that I have not had to utilize it speaks to the quality of Apple products.

Additional protection for my IPad for peace of mind

There are several Apple devices in our household, so lots of opportunity to put Apple Care to use. Geek squad always has agents who are easy to communicate with. My problems are always solved.

We bought this for an apple iPad and glad we did. It’s so easy to be clumsy with apple products and I am glad we bought it. We are apple consumers and probably always will be

Applecare is an essential addition to any apple product IMO, especially phones & tablets.

Always feel these Apple Care plans are worth the money considering the expensive of the device.

I will not usually purchase extended warranties but being so think and one drop can break the screen (done it) it's worth it. Especially if for a child. I had an iPad in a case and no warranty and it still shattered.

Reading the coverage, this is just as good as the Square Trade coverage but easier to do.

My iPad cost a lot, so playing it safe with accidental damage coverage. I believe it can be extended beyond two years via monthly payments towards end of the two years.
